First-line Service-desk Analysts – French Speaking

Whoever the caller and whatever the IT problem, you'll be there to resolve the issue. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, solving their technical queries over the phone and dealing with them from start to finish. If the problem's too big, you'll pass it up to the next line of support. At the same time, you'll support a close team of people who are great friends in and out of work. That means helping team members and working together to provide an exceptional service.
