You’ll be part of a team that's as cosmopolitan as the city

About Barcelona

Our Global Service Desk (GSD) in Barcelona doesn’t just put you at the heart of a thriving city. It places you within a supportive environment and a truly international team. In fact, in Barcelona, we have over 30 different nationalities, from Canadian and Greek to Hungarian and Colombian. However, the top eight nationalities are: French; British; Italian; German; Belgian; Portuguese; Dutch; and Polish. Together, our 700-strong team supports 45,000 IT users across Europe.

As you can imagine, this hugely diverse group creates an amazing atmosphere. Because most people have left family and friends behind to come to Spain, they build close friendships with each other, often socialising outside working hours. Many employees flat-share. These ties are so strong that our people often describe their colleagues as their ‘family in Barcelona’ – a close, supportive network that really endures.

We wholly support this inclusive culture and believe in valuing and respecting everyone here. That means we treat everyone equally and make sure progress is based on ability and performance. When it comes to development, you can be sure there’s plenty of scope for advancement. Most of our managers started at L1 entry level and have moved up through the ranks. There's a flat, open structure and everyone here is friendly and helpful – ready to spend time coaching and mentoring. On top of this, you’ll get two to four weeks' training plus regular assessments designed to help you advance.

Where are we?

We're based in a brand new building right in the heart of the city centre near to Glòries in the 22@ neighbourhood. It's alongside many other companies who are starting to establish within the area.
